Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") govern the purchase of advertising space ("pixel") on the van of the MMMV na Estrada project, operated by João Paulo Araújo Fontes, ME (Brazilian sole-proprietor company), registered under CNPJ (Brazilian federal taxpayer ID) 23.401.728/0001-20, trading as Meu Mundo Minha Vida ("Operator"). By completing payment, the purchaser ("Client") declares to have read and fully agreed to these Terms.

1. Purpose

The Client acquires the right to display artwork (logo, image or text) on one or more 20 × 20 cm pixels applied as stickers to the exterior of the van. The van live-streams on YouTube, Twitch and Kick and travels routes across Brazil — exposure and reach follow naturally from the project.

2. Where the pixels are placed

• Right side — passenger side, exterior surface (18×8 grid = 144 pixels)
• Left side — driver side, exterior surface (18×8 grid = 144 pixels)
• Interior curtain — visible in footage shot inside the van; available only through the Premium and Master packages

3. Packages and prices

1. Single Pixel · R$ 100.00 BRL per pixel — buy as many as you want; adjacent pixels combine into a larger artwork
2. Premium Package · R$ 1,000.00 BRL — 2 pixels on the van + logo on the curtain + advertising during the live stream
3. Master Package · R$ 5,000.00 BRL — 2 pixels on the van + on-screen QR code during every live stream + pixel on the curtain + logo on the offline screen + advertising during the live stream

4. Payment and invoice

1. Payment is processed by Asaas Internet Payments S.A., CNPJ 19.540.550/0001-21, the Operator's partner payment gateway.
2. Accepted methods: Pix (Brazil's instant payment system), credit card (single payment or installments, as offered at checkout) and boleto bancário (Brazilian bank slip).
3. The pixel reservation is held for 5 minutes after checkout is completed. If payment is not confirmed within that window (Pix and card confirm within seconds), the reservation expires and the pixel(s) become available again — see clause 7.
4. The NFS-e (Nota Fiscal de Serviço Eletrônica — Brazilian electronic service invoice) is issued automatically by the Operator once payment is confirmed, under the legislation of the municipality of Jundiaí/SP.

5. Artwork submission by the Client

1. After payment, the Client receives a unique personal upload link by e-mail and WhatsApp.
2. The Client has 7 (seven) calendar days from payment confirmation to submit the artwork.
3. Accepted formats: PNG, JPG or WEBP; maximum size 10 MB per file.
4. Recommended minimum resolution: 1,000 pixels per purchased pixel (e.g. a 2×1 pixel block → 2,000×1,000 px). Artwork below the minimum resolution may be printed with reduced quality.
5. The Client may replace the submitted artwork at any time until it is approved by the Operator.

6. Artwork approval and refusal

1. The artwork goes through automated technical validation (format, size, dimensions) and human review by the Operator.
2. The Operator reserves the right to refuse artwork that contains:
   • Offensive, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit or unlawful content;
   • Political content of any persuasion (parties, candidates, party symbols, electoral campaigning, ideological messages);
   • Logos, crests or symbols of football (soccer) clubs (any club, Brazilian or foreign) — to keep the project neutral;
   • Material that infringes third-party copyright, trademark or intellectual property;
   • Advertising for a direct competitor of the MMMV na Estrada project;
   • Content misaligned with the values of the MMMV project (at the team's sole discretion);
   • Visual quality unsuitable for sticker printing (resolution, contrast, legibility).
3. If the artwork is refused, the Client will be notified and may submit new artwork at no additional cost, within the 7-day window.
4. If no acceptable artwork is submitted within the deadline, the Operator will print a standard pixel bearing the registered name (individual) or company name (legal entity), with no refund.

7. Pixel availability and conflicts

1. Each pixel is unique and sold in order of payment confirmation (first come, first served) — whoever confirms payment first secures the pixel.
2. In rare cases, two clients may start checkout for the same pixel at the same time. If another client confirms payment before you complete yours, the Meu Mundo Minha Vida team will select and assign you another equivalent pixel location in the same area of the van, at no additional cost and with no further action required from the Client.
3. The new position will be communicated to the Client through the registered e-mail and WhatsApp within 24 hours of the conflict.

8. Sticker application and term

1. The sticker is produced and applied to the van at the next feasible logistics stop after the artwork is approved.
2. The position shown at checkout is a reference. The final location of the pixel on the van may vary by a few centimetres from the position displayed, for operational reasons (alignment between adjacent artworks, bodywork maintenance or repainting, replacement of the van for logistical reasons, etc.). The contracted area (left door, right side, curtain, etc.) and the number of pixels remain unchanged.
3. The pixel remains visible throughout the trip tied to the campaign (informed at the time of purchase). The Operator does not guarantee a specific start or end date for the trip.
4. The Operator sends a photo of the applied sticker to the Client's WhatsApp for visual confirmation.

9. Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal (art. 49 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor — CDC, the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code): the Client may request a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days of the payment date, OR until the artwork is sent to printing — whichever comes first.
2. After that period (or after the artwork is sent to printing, if earlier), no refund will be granted, except in the event of default by the Operator.
3. Refund requests must be sent to parceriasmotorhomemmmv@gmail.com together with a copy of the payment receipt. The refund is issued through the same method as the original payment, within 7 business days of approval.

10. No guarantee of returns

1. The Operator does not guarantee any specific number of views, reach, engagement, leads or financial return.
2. Statistics shown in promotional material (live stream views, previous sponsor brands, etc.) are the track record of past trips and do not constitute a promise of results.
3. The trip route may be adjusted for logistical reasons, safety or force majeure, without this constituting a breach of contract.

11. Intellectual property

1. The Client declares, under its own responsibility, that it owns or is authorised to use the artwork submitted.
2. The Client authorises the Operator to display the artwork on the van and in the project's photos and videos (live streams, shorts, social media) during the contracted period and afterwards, in retrospective material (trip recaps).
3. The Operator acquires no rights over the artwork beyond the use described in these Terms.

12. Liability for the sticker

1. The Operator is not liable for damage to the sticker caused by weather conditions, vandalism or accidents.
2. If the sticker is damaged in a way that compromises the visibility of the artwork, the Operator will replace it at no additional cost, within the logistical conditions of the trip.
3. The Operator is not liable for misuse of the artwork by third parties (screenshots, photos taken by fans, etc.).

13. Personal data processing (LGPD)

The personal data collected during the purchase (name, e-mail, phone number, CPF or CNPJ, IP address, submitted artwork) is processed in accordance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) — Lei 13.709/2018, the Brazilian data protection law, for the following purposes:

• performance of the contract (creating the order, issuing the invoice);
• communication with the Client (e-mail and WhatsApp);
• compliance with legal and tax obligations;
• fraud prevention (validation of CPF/CNPJ with the payment platform).

Data is shared only with (i) Asaas (payment processing and invoice issuance), (ii) Supabase (database and artwork storage) and (iii) the WhatsApp messaging provider. For full details on processing, legal basis and data subject rights, see the Privacy Policy.

14. General provisions

1. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law.
2. The courts of the judicial district (comarca) of Jundiaí/SP, Brazil, are elected to settle any dispute arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
3. The Operator may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page and do not affect orders already confirmed.
